At NAILCISSIST, we want you to be completely obsessed with your manicure. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
